About Counselling.

Are you feeling low? Depressed or Anxious?

Are you struggling to let go and move forward?

Are you uncertain as to where life is heading?

Sometimes it is hard to talk to people we care about when we feel like this. Sometimes we may not feel we have anyone we can trust. Counselling can provide a safe, confidential environment in which to explore your feelings, without being judged or worrying about the feelings of the person you are telling.

About Kerrie.

Kerrie is a registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and also has an Advanced Diploma in Counselling.

She works from a person centred approach, which means that the relationship that she has with her clients is the most important thing. Ensuring that clients feel safe and positively regarded, and without judgement is really important to her. She will also use elements of other counselling models such as transactional analysis, psychodynamic counselling, and cognitive behavioural therapy if that is what is going to work best for clients.

Kerrie has extensive experience in working with women who have experienced sexual or domestic violence and will offer a supportive relationship in which you will not be told what to do or what to think.
