About Dan.

Dan is a Personal Trainer and keen exercise enthusiast with a background in football and a variety of other sports.

He decided to enter the fitness industry six years ago with a desire to help individuals achieve their goals without applying a “one program fits all” mentality.

To achieve this he ensures that training programmes are tailored to the individual’s need with attention paid to:

  • Existing sporting and exercise routine.
  • Health problems.
  • Daily and weekly activities.
  • Nutrition and fluid choices.


Among the qualifications Dan has obtained and courses he has undertaken are:
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer.
  • Crossfit Level 1.
  • Eleiko Level 1 Weightlifting.
  • British Weightlifting course
  • Kettlebell Instructor course.
  • Powerbag Instructor course.
