Yoga but with a difference!
Megan has been practising Yoga for 7 years now. She started Yoga whilst studying at Leeds University for her BSc in Sport & Exercise Science.
Here is the difference - Megan teaches differently to traditional Yoga instructors in that she utilises her knowledge gained from her degree on how the body moves and adapts. So when teaching Megan focuses on the building blocks for the yoga poses. Megan loves to teach in a way that prepares your body for the poses. She focuses on the prerequisites of certain yoga poses and ensures that you stay aware of how it feels in your body. This allows us to adapt the pose to your body rather than trying to push your body into a pose it is not ready for.
Megan offers flexible yoga sessions to suit EVERYONE. She wants as many people as possible to feel the physical and mental benefits of the practice! I offer a range of classes from Private Yoga sessions for one to one attention and small group sessions for a more personalised approach.
